Excellent Vidal and Cabernet Grape based wines grown on premises and nearby fields. Cordial family winery with lots of local color and lore about local stone houses, the village of Camp Springs, and the St. Joseph in the Hills parish.

Interesting place, and very relaxing. It would be a perfect place to have a small wedding. Larry-the gentleman who was playing music was amazing. The owner-Deb was so nice and welcoming. We paid $30 for a history tour and cheese tray and it wasn't exactly $30 worth considering we were given chicken and biscuit crackers to eat. I would have much rather spent the money on their amazing wine and drank all day! My husband and I will be back to sample more wine and enjoy a longer stay.

What a wonderful experience at the oldest...
What a wonderful experience at the oldest estate winery in America. The winery has an excellent selection of very well made wines and a charming history that just adds to the enjoyment of this historic winery. The winery is adorned with comfortable seating and an atmosphere that can't be beat. The music is wonderful and provides a nice subtle ambiance while sampling their award winning wines.
I would highly recommend you try this winery out or better yet, stay in Augusta at the Hawkwood Hall Bed and Breakfast and make a weekend of it.

My husband and I have been here...
My husband and I have been here 4 or 5 times this year and have always enjoyed ourselves. They have great prices on their items. Their outdoor area is great but only when it's warm enough to sit outside. The staff has always been wonderful. Their wines a delicous. They support local as much as possible and we really like that. We like them so much we joined their wine club on our last visit.

This winery has a wine for every pallet. All are superbly designed by the master wine maker, Jim Wight. A family friendly venue for the weekend, or perfect pitstop for couples. You're sure to find a wine you love!

The property was beautiful and the wine...
The property was beautiful and the wine was surprisingly delicious! We left with a lot of bottles in tow. The lady that served us was full of energy and very fun to chat with. Wish we would've stayed for a glass and enjoyed the scenery.

Was told the wait for the wine...
Was told the wait for the wine bar would be 15 minutes. Meanwhile, a bridal shower was busy getting plastered at a wine tasting. Cool. Nobody offered us any tastings or anything else while we waited. Ended up leaving after waiting for 40 min with nothing to show. Poor service and management of their wine tasting bar.
