Timorasso and Barbera Wine Tasting at Boveri Luigi in the Tortona Hills

Your tasting at the Boveri Luigi estate is hosted by a member of the small family team: Luigi, his son Francesco or Marcello Bracciforti, who will welcome you to the heart of the Tortona Hills. The experience focuses on the region's native grapes and the family's role in their preservation.
You'll hear the story of how the Boveri family was instrumental in reviving Timorasso, a historic white grape that they helped bring back from near extinction. The tasting features four wines, typically two expressions of Timorasso and two of Barbera, and the selection can be tailored to your preferences.
The tasting takes place in the estate's tasting room, with views over the surrounding hills. On request, and weather and cellar work permitting, you can also visit the cellar and the vineyard right next to the tasting room.
