La famiglia Canoso ha sempre creduto nella qualità del vino prodotto sulle colline di Monteforte d'Alpone. Infatti, dal 1876 coltiva qui orti e vigneti, vendendo il vino sfuso ai mercati del nord Italia. La nostra produzione di circa 70.000 bottiglie all'anno è caratterizzata dalla combinazione tra il valore della tradizione e la garanzia di qualità di attrezzature all'avanguardia. In ogni fase della produzione, dal vigneto alla bottiglia, prestiamo grande attenzione e, poiché non utilizziamo prodotti di origine animale, nel 2018 abbiamo ottenuto la certificazione Vegan da V Label. La maturazione dei nostri vini rossi prevede passaggi in barrique, tonneaux francesi e grandi botti di Slavonia per dare eleganza ai tannini.

La storia vitivinicola della famiglia Gini risale al 1500, il che la rende uno dei produttori più antichi della regione del Soave Classico. Situata a Monteforte, la tenuta Gini è rinomata per la sua unica cantina sotterranea scavata nel tufo vulcanico, dove i vini maturano in condizioni ideali. Nel corso dei secoli, la famiglia ha saputo combinare sapientemente tradizione e innovazione, restaurando le vecchie strutture con materiali locali come la pietra calcarea bianca. I visitatori della cantina possono immergersi in questa ricca eredità e sperimentare una miscela armoniosa di storia e vinificazione moderna.

All its vineyards are cultivated by limiting intervention in the soil and favouring the natural biodiversity of the environment or in organic cultivation. Monteforte d'Alpone is the municipality with the highest density of vineyards in all of Italy: the view from these hills is breathtaking. The autochthonous vineyard is the Garganega, the only vine used by the Tessari family, which has been cultivated since the 1930s using the unilateral Veronese pergola system: a system now in extinction that guarantees protection of the grapes from the summer sun. The siblings Antonio, Germano and Cornelia, followed by the experience of their father Aldo and the ever-watchful eye of their mother Bianca, take care of all the phases of wine production: from the harvest to the vinification and marketing abroad, maintaining an unaltered respect for tradition and a passion for the art of wine-making.

Graziano Prà was born in a traditional family of farmers. His father Angelo passed away when he was only 21, leaving him and his two older brothers Livio and Sergio two hectares of vineyards. All of them were willing to follow in their father footsteps. Graziano decided to study oenology and started producing some wine on his own. 1983 was the first vintage of Soave branded Prà Brothers. In 2007 the two brothers left the business, leaving Graziano as the only owner. In 1980's Graziano wants to develop the Monte Grande family vineyard and decides to use withering grapes from the vines and to make them separately into wine. Thus our Cru was born. In 2000 Prà receives the highest rating of Three Glasses (Tre Bicchieri) from the Italian food and wine magazine Gambero Rosso with his Soave Cl. Monte Grande 2000. Graziano buys La Morandina, in 2001, an organic vineyard for the production of the traditional Valpolicella red wines. In 2014 Pra Winery buy Monte Bisson, a hill surrounded by a tower builded by Venetians in the 1400s, that stands on the Soave plain and surrounds a castle.
