La cantina Montetondo, guidata dalla famiglia Magnabosco, è profondamente radicata nelle regioni italiane del Soave e della Valpolicella. Con oltre 32 ettari di vigneti sulle pendici del Monte Tenda, del Monte Foscarino e del Monte Tondo, la cantina incarna una ricca tradizione di vinificazione tramandata da generazioni. Gino Magnabosco, esperto viticoltore, supervisiona personalmente ogni fase del processo, assicurandosi che ogni vino rifletta il terroir unico di queste storiche colline. L'impegno della famiglia nel combinare metodi tradizionali e tecniche moderne ha fatto sì che i suoi vini siano riconosciuti sia in Italia che a livello internazionale.

Cantina del Castello è un’azienda vitivinicola composta da persone appassionate del territorio, della vigna e del vino. La storica Cantina, situata all’interno delle mura cittadine del Castello di Soave, è il cuore dell’attività dell’azienda, che opera nel rispetto della tipicità e della tradizione dei vini che produce. Custode del passato e scrigno di una storia antica, Cantina del Castello è espressione del tessuto agricolo, vitivinicolo e sociale in cui è nata e opera, nel rispetto dell’ambiente e della natura. Sin dalle sue origini, inoltre, Cantina del Castello ha proposto anche vini rossi della Valpolicella, come l’ Amarone e il Ripasso. Le prime bottiglie risalgono agli anni Sessanta, le stesse che ancora oggi vengono custodite gelosamente nella collezione privata della cantina. The historic cellar, located within the city walls of the Castle of Soave, is the heart of the winery, that operates in respect to the traditions and customs of its wines. Guardian of the past and treasure trove of an ancient history, Cantina del Castello is an expression of the agricultural, wine and social fabric of the region. Respecting both the environment and nature where the winery began and still operates to this day. The winery processes grapes coming from the vineyards located in the heart of the Soave Classico region (from where the wine also gets it name), whose soil is of volcanic origin. The annual production is about eighty thousand bottles available in: Soave Classico and its Cru Pressoni, the Recioto di Soave Classic

The Pieropan winery was founded in 1880 by Leonildo Pieropan and it achieved national and international success between the 1970s and 1980s thanks to his grandson namesake Leonildo, ''the Soave Classico Pioneer''. Today the winery is led by the family’s 4th generation: Andrea and Dario who are sons of Leonildo and his wife Teresita.       With an extension of 75 hectares, 55 in the Soave territory and 20 in Valpolicella, the company produces about 750.000-800.000 bottles per year of which about 65% is exported to 70 countries worldwide.     Pieropan’s wines are produced in three locations:          - The historic winery inside Palazzo Pullici Pieropan in the heart of Soave, where all stages of production have been carried out until 2018, now dedicated to the drying of grapes;       - The Valpolicella winery of Villa Cipolla Pieropan in Tregnago, dedicated to red wines production; - Finally, as the operating heart, the brand-new underground winery dedicated to Leonildo Pieropan. This is a modern, functional and innovative building that covers about 10.000 square meters of land,  located on the slopes of a large hilly amphitheater, in Soave, in the historical area for winegrowing, at the center of Pieropan’s production areas. Thanks to the choice of an underground construction, the sustainable project gave birth to an architecture strongly integrated in the surrounding environment.  ‘A Family History’      Over the years the company has had a constant development without ever losing its identity, made of tradition and authenticity with a focus on innovation that has made wines a timeless expression, beyond temporary trends.     A century after its foundation in the 1880s, the company was revolutionized by the founder’s grandson, Leonildo Pieropan, thanks to his unique style and innate vocation for winemaking. Over the years he became a pioneer and the point of reference for other Soave producers. His determination was fundamental in his project on quality and authenticity that put the vineyard at its center.  Leonildo's idea was simple but at the same time revolutionary: to enhance the individual vineyards and give the wines an identity based on the relationship between variety, soil and climate and human work. This has led to the creation of two symbolic wines of Italian enology, "Vigneto Calvarino" in 1971, the first Italian white single vineyard and "Vigneto La Rocca" in 1978. These two wines are the expressions of the diversity and versatility of the two soils present in the area: basalt of volcanic origin in the Calvarino, limestone of marine origin in the Rocca. The strong link with the territory leads Leonildo to make important choices also for the agronomic management of the vineyard, eliminating chemical weeding in 2002 and starting to convert all production to organic in 2008. In a few years Leonildo became the best interpreter of Soave production and a point of reference for the national and international markets. The fourth generation, represented by his sons Andrea and Dario both graduates in agriculture and enology, after the painful loss of their father in 2018, continue the family tradition in the vineyards near Soave with the same love and passion of their forefathers.
