The tour begins with a scenic walk through the vineyards, offering a chance to admire the beauty of the landscape and the unique volcanic soil of the San Briccio hill. You'll visit the wine-making facilities area and the oak barrels cellar, where you’ll uncover the secrets of Classic Method sparkling wines and the time-honored traditions of Valpolicella.

Finally, in the panoramic tasting room overlooking the vineyards, enjoy a guided tasting of three Talestri wines:
