Here is what's in store for you

Experience the essence of Soave through this multisensory wine tasting featuring five of our most representative labels, paired with local cured meats and cheeses, artisan bread, grissini, and our own extra virgin olive oil.
Please note that there is no visit to the winery or vineyards, as both are located 7 km from the tasting room.
This guided tasting aims to engage all the senses—starting from the visual and olfactory analysis, passing through touch and sound with the vibrant bubbles of our Millesimato Brut, and culminating with flavor.
You’ll learn about the winemaking process, our focus on cru selection, exposure, geology, and sustainability, and the social and organic agriculture initiative carried out through Cascina Albaterra.
You’ll also have access to a small curated exhibition of antique cellar tools dating back to the early 20th century, showcasing the viticultural heritage of our region.

La persona che ci ha accolti, brava, simpatica e professionale. Vini particolari, 6 assaggi di cui 3 che secondo me meritano di essere acquistati. Apprezzato molto anche l’olio, portato a casa anche quello. Il tutto accompagnato da salumi e formaggi. Ottima esperienza.

A Refined Experience in Soave

The experience at CANTINA COFFELE was very pleasant and relaxing. I learned a lot about the Soave wine region, the structure of the soil where the vines grow and the wines I tested were really good.
For the selection of salami, I would suggest a different type of salami, not this one. The cheeses were excellent.

La signora ci ha accolto con un sorriso e cordialità. È stata molto gentile, ci ha spiegato le diversità di terreno di produzione di soave. Degustato 5 vini bianchi di cui un 3 bicchieri gambero rosso il CA VISCO bio. La cantina Coffele è praticamente in centro, la consiglio.
Ho apprezzato molto il millesimato brut COFFELE, il Cerino classico, e Alzari
