A journey through all the stages of production of Balsamic Vinegar, from the estate's hillside vineyards to the finished bottle, passing through the The tour is completed by a tasting of the vinegar in the wine cellar.

Splendida esperienza
La bravissima Maddalena ci ha fatto scoprire passo dopo passo la produzione dell'aceto balsamico, dalla raccolta delle uve fino al suo invecchiamento facendoci visitare il sottotetto dove sono collocate le batterie di botti per la produzione dell'aceto, dalla nonna Santina fino ad oggi.
L'assaggio dei diversi tipi di aceto e il pranzo nel loro agriturismo (piatti fantastici) sono stati la ciliegina sulla torta.
