Wonderful experience
The wonderful Maddalena showed us the production of balsamic vinegar step by step, from the grape harvest to its aging, taking us to visit the attic where the batteries of barrels for the vinegar's production are located, from grandmother Santina's to the present day.
The tasting of the different types of vinegar and the lunch at their agriturismo (fantastic dishes) were the icing on the cake.
