Discover the fine organic and vegan wines of the ILLICA winery, owned by brothers Fabrizio and Paolo, for friends Fabri and Paolino.
They will tell you who they are and why they produce wine, where they come from, and their winemaking philosophy at ILLICA. You will visit the small winery, and the vineyards (weather permitting) as they explain their production process. Then of course you will taste their organic and vegan wines in the modern tasting room in cold periods, or under the porch of the winery in warmer periods, or even in the vineyard!
This Top experience includes a tasting of 7 glasses of wine of 7 different types, accompanied by an assorted selection of high-level Salumi Piacentini (coppa piacentina, salami, pancetta, spalla cruda, smoked pancetta), cheeses, honey, homemade bread, a dessert, and a coffee.
