Ladies and Gentlemen, here is His Majesty Amarone in all its glory — for you, a Limited Edition tasting specially designed for all those who are true lovers of Amarone, the undisputed star of Valpolicella. The "Re Amarone" Experience includes a fantastic tour of Cantina Provolo, a place where tradition intertwines with innovation and where wine tells stories of passion and mastery.

Our private tour begins by showing you the extent of our vineyards, with particular attention to the training system used and the typical soil that characterizes our area. We will then accompany you to discover the historical part of the winery, created from a tunnel built during the Second World War — once a secret escape route connecting the house to the woods.

The visit continues to the area dedicated to the actual wine production, where you will see historic cement tanks, followed by modern stainless-steel tanks. We will then enter the historical archive of Cantina Provolo, the crown jewel of the tour: here, precious bottles owned by the family are kept, including the very first bottles made by our grandfather, which tell the story of our evolving identity across decades.

Next, we will descend into the underground barrel cellar, where Cantina Provolo's finest wines, such as Amarone, Valpolicella Ripasso, and Amarone Riserva, rest in wood for many years. You will be enchanted by the magical and enveloping atmosphere, filled with a profound sense of serenity and silence.

To conclude the journey into our world, we will visit the bottling area, where you will discover how our system works and the differences between the various types of corks.

After the tour, an exclusive tasting awaits you, featuring a selection of 2 historic Amarone vintages and the Amarone Riserva, the undisputed gem of Veronese tradition.
