The visit begins with a historical introduction to the village and the MANZWINE project, offering insight into the philosophy behind the estate. You will explore the museum and the old wine press, learning about the traditions that have shaped local winemaking over time. As you move through the cellar, you will discover how harvesting, vinification, and ageing processes influence the character of each wine, as well as the role of terroir in defining the unique profile of MANZWINE wines.

A special focus is given to the rare and distinctive Jampal grape variety, a truly unique expression in the world of wine. Through a journey across three wine regions, you will explore three different terroirs, each revealing a different facet of MANZWINE’s identity and diversity.

The experience culminates in a guided tasting of six MANZWINE wines, accompanied by an abundant platter of regional products. You will enjoy a selection of local cheeses and sausages, fruit compote, Portuguese extra virgin olive oil, olives seasoned with herbs, traditional Mafra bread, regional dry cakes, and seasonal fruit.
