This full tasting experience at Mirto Sannai is designed for those who want to discover the entire spectrum of the estate's myrtle-based liqueurs and Redivivus Gin, paired with authentic Sardinian delicacies in a scenic seaside setting.
You’ll start with a brief walk through the upper part of the Mirteto, where Myrtus Communis plants grow naturally, followed by a visit to the laboratory and steam still, where gin and essential oils are produced. Then, enjoy an immersive tasting session looking out to the sea.
The Full Tasting includes:
- Mirto di Bacche (liqueur) with pecorino cheese and carasatu bread
- Mirto di Bacche e Foglie (bitter) with handmade lard and sausage
- Mirto e Miele (liqueur) served over ice cream
- Mirto Bianco (bitter, no sugar added) with dark chocolate
- Riserva Sannai 2024 (bitter, no sugar added, aged 1 year) with 8-month-aged pecorino cheese
- Redivivus Gin Sannai 2024 (1 cl served neat + 1 gin & tonic), paired with oysters and olives.
The tasting is complemented with carasatu bread, fresh water, and a final olfactory journey featuring 100% natural essential oils of myrtle, lavender, and mastic, all produced on-site.

Mirto Sannai, Via Sannai 51, 07026 Olbia. It is accessible only by car and is not reachable by public transport. The final part of the road is steep and not suitable for bikes. At the entrance gate on Via Sannai, call via the intercom for access.
