Begin your journey with an exhilarating 4x4 Jeep ride through the untouched Terra Di Rovo landscape and its lush forests. Upon arrival, the winemaker will take you on a tour of our organic vineyard, sharing insights into our sustainable viticulture practices and the natural winemaking process.
The experience culminates in a vertical tasting of four of our finest natural wines, paired with local organic delicacies like cheeses and cold cuts. This immersive experience, lasting approximately 2-3 hours, offers a deep dive into the flavors and craftsmanship of Umbria’s natural wines, all set against the backdrop of its beautiful, unspoiled environment.

Wine and Nature
It was a beautiful experience not only to be able to taste the wines of Terre di Rovo but above all to appreciate the respect for the environment and the life cycle of the vine.
Perfect welcome starting from the point where we left the car to be taken to the winery by the owners' pickup.
A brief visit right to the Cabernet Sauvignon and Trebbiano spoletino vineyards in front of the actual winery and then into the cellar to appreciate the description of the different processing phases.
The tasting of the two wines was accompanied by simple dishes but with typical local ingredients.
Two different vintages for each wine, we appreciated the more aged ones.
