Passion
Tradition and innovation, combined in an exemplary way, compliments.
Everything was told with professionalism and passion by Erika, a "historic" seasonal employee of the winery, who had the remarkable ability to capture our attention so as to make even the technical notions light and understandable during the approximately 2-hour tour.
The only less positive note was being told a short time before the start of the tour that it would be conducted in English instead of Italian; however, Erika and the owner immediately made themselves available, if needed, to translate anything not understood.
Tour certainly recommended!
