Three Colours of Valtènesi & Lugana: Organic Wine Tasting and Tour at Pasini San Giovanni
Here is what's in store for you
Your experience at Pasini San Giovanni begins in the estate's vineyards, overlooking the Valtènesi landscape. Here, a sommelier from the hospitality team or a member of the Pasini family will welcome you, explaining the native grape varieties and the winery's commitment to organic farming.
The tour continues inside the production areas, with a visit to the cellars used for aging sparkling wine and the main barrel room, where the estate's red wines mature.
The final part of your visit takes place right inside the barrel cellar. Seated among the oak barrels, you will have a guided tasting of three of the estate's organic wines, including red, white, and rosé, served with olive oil on bread. For children and teenagers, an organic fruit juice is offered as a non-alcoholic alternative.

Passion
Tradition and innovation, combined in an exemplary way, compliments.
Everything was told with professionalism and passion by Erika, a "historic" seasonal employee of the winery, who had the remarkable ability to capture our attention so as to make even the technical notions light and understandable during the approximately 2-hour tour.
The only less positive note was being told a short time before the start of the tour that it would be conducted in English instead of Italian; however, Erika and the owner immediately made themselves available, if needed, to translate anything not understood.
Tour certainly recommended!
