- 3 Vermentino whites, each aged differently – in stainless steel to enhance freshness, in concrete for greater complexity, and in wood for a richer structure.
- An elegant rosé, made from pure Cannonau, offering a fresh and fruity profile.
- A bold red, a blend of 3 native Sardinian grape varieties, showcasing the strength and character of the island.
- A sparkling Brut, crafted using the classic method from Vermentino and Chardonnay grapes.

The tasting is complemented by a rich platter featuring a selection of local cured meats and cheeses of varying maturation, traditional Sardinian bread, and fresh seasonal fruit.
