You will taste six wines, each with its own story to tell:
- 3 Vermentino whites, each aged differently – in stainless steel to enhance freshness, in concrete for greater complexity, and in wood for a richer structure.
- An elegant rosé, made from pure Cannonau, offering a fresh and fruity profile.
- A bold red, a blend of 3 native Sardinian grape varieties, showcasing the strength and character of the island.
- A sparkling Brut, crafted using the classic method from Vermentino and Chardonnay grapes.
The tasting is complemented by a rich platter featuring a selection of local cured meats and cheeses of varying maturation, traditional Sardinian bread, and fresh seasonal fruit. To make the experience even more special, guests will enjoy homemade delicacies inspired by local traditions and flavors. The event concludes with handcrafted desserts and a tasting of Tenute Filigheddu’s Mirto liqueur.
