Enjoy a technical tasting of 2 sparkling wines produced with the Classic Method and 2 sparkling wines made with the Charmat Method, paired with typical local products and bread with extra virgin olive oil from Gurrieri’s own production, made with “Tonda Iblea” olives. Wines for tasting: Pas Dosé, Hic Est Extra Brut, Brut Blanc, and Brut Rosé.
The journey begins at Gurrieri Winery, with a visit to the vineyards to discover the origins of Cerasuolo di Vittoria (the only DOCG in Sicily). The experience continues in the new cellar, equipped with modern production facilities, where guests can learn about both traditional wine production and sparkling wine production using the Classic and Charmat methods.
The tour concludes with a guided tasting led by our enologist or sommelier.
