Here is what's in store for you

Discover the world-famous wine territory of Valpolicella Classica with this wine experience at the Dindo Winery.

The experience begins with an introduction to Valpolicella and its wines, followed by a guided tour of the winery led by the owner and an explanation of the production processes.

The tour will conclude in Dindo Winery's tasting room with a tasting of the following 8 wines:
Barisol IGT Bianco Veronese, Barisol IGT Rosato Veronese, Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore, Barisol IGT Rosso Veronese, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, Recioto della Valpolicella Classico.

The wines will be accompanied by a delicious platter of local cured meats and cheese.

Lovely visit and tasting

A party of 6 tried 8 different types of vines and even got to taste the grappa. Sara was a really good host, telling in detail about Valpolicella, the Dondi estate, the production and the family’s story. Huge recommendation

Abbiamo optato per la degustazione 8 vini, quelli tipici della Valpolicella e i 3 della linea barisol. E' stata una visita alla cantina molto interessante e Sara ha risposto a tutte le nostre curiosità con passione e conoscenza. La degustazione abbinata ad un tagliere di formaggi e salumi è stata molto apprezzata.
Menzione particolare per il Valpolicella Ripasso (notevole) e il bianco della linea barisol. Ottimi, profumati e di sostanza anche tutti gli altri, Recioto su tutti. Per giocare con il numero dei vini si potrebbe dire una cantina da 8, ma non sarebbe onesto, 9 è il voto giusto.
Bella esperienza da consigliare.

La cantina é su una collina in mezzo alle vigne di valpolicella . Esperienza molto bella, Sara ci ha subito accolte e fatto sentire a casa. Abbiamo visitato dove viene fatto il vino , annusando e assaporando tutti gli odori e poi è iniziata la degustazione con la descrizione del metodo di produzione . Vino molto buono, ma anche salumi e formaggi deliziosi
Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Cantina immersa nelle colline della Valpollicella classica, incantevole. La cantina non è grande ma è molto accogliente e l'atmosfera intima. Le spiegazioni sui vini e sulla storia della cantina sono chiare. Noi abbiamo fatto la degustazione di 8 vini accompagnata da un ottimo tagliere. Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo.

Piccola cantina con una buona selezione di vini classici della zona ma con anche alcune sorprese fuori dall'ordinario.
La degustazione propone quasi tutti i loro prodotti, tutti di ottima qualità.
Il personale gentile e preparato ha reso l'esperienza ancor più piacevole.
