Great personal tour.

We took a taxi from Alghero to the Cantina. Turned out we were the only ones for the 3.00 tour. Our guide spoke good english and took time to show us around the Cantina. It was particularly interesting that her family had a vineyard and supplied grapes to the co op.
We really enjoyed the tasting trying some of the best wines from Sardinia.
I had never heard of storing sparkling wine under the sea which they do here with their Akenta.
A great afternoon which I would recommend.

Great experience, excellent wines

Pleasant and interesting experience. The guide explains the history of the winery and shows you around the entire facility. Finally, there is the tasting of the various wines, all excellent, accompanied by cheeses, cured meats, and bread. You discuss with the other participants about the sensations, aromas, and flavors of the wines.
After the tasting, there is the possibility to purchase the various products (also cheeses, cured meats, jams, honey, etc.) in the Store, with a 10% discount.

Always a pleasure (June 24)

We were in Sardinia in June and wanted to try a few Sardinian wines.
The tour with Rita was very interesting.
She explained in detail how the wine is made and what special conditions exist in Sardinia.
However, she could have spoken a little louder at times so that you could follow her better.
The subsequent tasting left nothing to be desired.
There were a total of four wines, or rather one sparkling wine, which were without exception a dream.
With it, there was a mixed platter with cheese and cold cuts as well as bread.
We even took some wine with us afterwards.
