Private Tasting in the heart of Barbagia: discovering the Cannonau of Mamoiada at Cantina Mussennore

Cantina Mussennore is located in Mamoiada, in the heart of Barbagia—a land of hospitality and deep-rooted traditions. It is from this heritage and strong family ties that Cantina Mussennore was born. This family-run winery has been producing Cannonau wine since 1976, using vineyards planted by grandfather Gesuino, affectionately nicknamed "Mussennore."

Upon arrival at Cantina Mussennore, you will be welcomed by a family member. Your guided tasting will begin right away and includes three glasses of wine, each paired with a generous and flavorful selection of traditional Sardinian products from the region.

During the tasting, you'll have the opportunity to learn about the winery's history, its production and winemaking techniques, and the traditions passed down through generations.

The experience concludes with a tour of the Palagorrai vineyard, where you’ll walk among the rows of vines and take in the stunning landscape with Mamoiada as a scenic backdrop.
