The tour continues inside the estate, where you'll visit our barrel room, home to the slow maturation of our red wines, and our sparkling wine cellar, the heart of our Metodo Classico production. Here, we’ll share the meticulous artisanal process behind our sparkling wines—from bottle fermentation to hand-riddling—highlighting the craftsmanship that sets our production apart.
To conclude, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of four of our signature wines. Each wine will be presented with insights into its production method and how the surrounding Montespertoli landscape influences its character.
