Very charming Cava

The guy who attended to us (Álex) is clearly very passionate and professional about the whole wine topic; he explained and showed us every corner of the winery and how the production process works.
The cava tasting and the appetizer were very good, as well as the surroundings where the winery was, in the heart of the Penedès.
