Discover the world of Rovellats cava with this complete private and exclusive 360° tour in the heart of the Alt Penedès wine region, from the vineyard to the glass.
Your experience begins with a guided walk through the vineyards located just in front of our historic winery. While strolling among the vines, you will learn about the year-round care of the vineyard, the tasks carried out in each season, and the unique characteristics of the Alt Penedès terroir. During this walk, we will pause to admire the landscape and enjoy a refreshing glass of Blanc de Primavera wine, served at our exclusive vineyard table.
The visit continues with a tour of the Rovellats winery, where we craft our cavas exclusively with grapes from our own vineyards, following the traditional Méthode Champenoise. You will discover the winemaking process, the heritage of our family, and the secrets behind our long-aged cavas.
The highlight of this journey is a premium cava tasting in the original kitchen of our 15th-century farmhouse (Masía S. XV). You will taste four exceptional cavas:
- Reserva Imperial Brut
- Imperial Rosé Brut
- Original Gran Reserva Brut Nature
- Masía S. XV Gran Reserva, aged for a minimum of 84 months
These cavas will be paired with a gourmet selection of local delicacies, including Iberian ham, artisan cheeses, traditional Catalan pa amb tomàquet (bread with tomato), toasted almonds, and Catanies from Vilafranca del Penedès.
For children and teenagers, the experience includes one soft drink plus Iberian ham, artisan cheese, bread with tomato, almonds, and Catanies.
