We were welcomed by Antonin and it was a very nice experience. Antonin was a perfect host, answered all our questions and showed us his work with a lot of enthusiasm. The wines were very good and the tasting allows you to sample several. We recommend it with our eyes closed

Winery run by two brothers who want to champion local products. Superior quality wines thanks to the care and professionalism of Francesco and Delia. The tojo experience lets you taste their amazing wines. Not to be missed is the dry moscato "Alma", the white that embodies all the freshness of summer "Farinella", and the barbera that makes you feel the flavors of their lands "DeliAnna". Obviously the classic moscato "Melis" is a sure thing. A winery and experience not to be missed.

For the first time with my wife we spent a beautiful day in Franciacorta, tasting some very sparkling but good wines, accompanied by a small plate of cured meats and breadsticks. Great place, great staff who explain every little detail to you, and very clean. I recommend it to everyone.

The tasting experience at Dofinè was simply fantastic. Riccardo and his wife were very kind and welcoming from the very first moment: they hosted us with great warmth and took us on a tour of the winery, during which they told us the history of the company, their working method, and the production of the approximately 20 different wines they make. Following that, the dinner with tasting was a real journey: each selected wine was presented to us with passion, explaining its history and characteristics, all accompanied by perfectly paired dishes. Every taste was excellent. An authentic, well-curated, and engaging experience in every aspect. So wonderful that we returned three days later, this time with company. Highly recommended!

The experience begins with a tour of the vineyard and the palace. We were immediately struck by the search for quality in the wine production, the family management, and the hospitality. The tasting includes 3 of their wines with some local cheeses. We also tried the homemade grape jam, truly delicious! The owners and the dog, very friendly, made us feel welcome in their palace.

Really beautiful place, the tour was extremely educational, the owner was truly kind and helpful. Professionalism and expertise characterize him. Wines very different from each other but all very good and appreciated. Overall a truly engaging, educational, and tasty experience. I highly recommend it.
