Here is what's in store for you
Take your car up the hill that leads to the hamlet of Bauda, between Langhe and Monferrato, where the Tojo Winery is located. Francesco and Delia, two young wine producers, brother and sister, will be waiting for you together with Brigida, their small dog (if you are afraid of dogs just inform them in advance and there will be no problem).
Every weekend you can come and visit the Tojo Winery winery and taste their wines. If you have never visited a winemaker, this is an experience we absolutely recommend you do at least once in your life! Get ready to experience unforgettable moments: imagine fully enjoying a day in touch with nature, surrounded by vineyards among beautiful hills. Breathe in the country air, get excited by the changing colors, touch with your hands what's around you, and pay attention to the sounds you hear.
The experience is divided into three steps. You will start the experience with a nice walk through the vineyard and a visit to the "Tojo Terrace", where a wonderful panorama will open before your eyes. From the vineyards, you will then move into the winery, the place where the actual winemaking takes place, for an explanation of the wine-making processes.
Finally, you will get to the most fun and tasty part! Taste the wines of Tojo Winery paired with a nice board of local cured meats and cheeses.

Vini tutti molto buoni, sia il moscato dolce sia quello secco, per non parlare del Barbera superiore. Raccomandato per un'esperienza fresca e interessante.

Da non perdere il moscato secco "Alma", il bianco che inglaba tutta la frescehzza dell'estate "Farinella" e la barbera che ti fa sentirevi sapori delle loro terre "DeliAnna". Ovviamnet il moscato classico"Melis" è una certezza

Siamo stati accolto dalla simpaticissima Delia che ci ha raccontato con molta passione la storia della loro cantina e dei loro vini. Abbiamo fatto un assaggio dei loro ottimi vivi accompagnati da un tagliere di salumi e formaggi. I nostri preferiti sono stati il Moscato Secco e la Barbera Superiore.

Delia is nice, friendly and competent in explaining the mystery of wine.
The price for the winetasting was really fair. We were 7 person and enjoyed it to be part of this event.
