A wonderful experience!
Yesterday at the Costantini winery, we spent an hour and a half tasting excellent wines, with locally produced foods.
We were guided in this experience by Sara, a young sommelier who introduced us to many of the secrets of the wines produced by their winery, which has its roots in the 1700s!!!

Very tidy winery, excellent wines.
The winery tour was very thorough, the description of its history is very interesting, followed by a tasting of 4 wines they produce with samples of local cured meats and cheeses.

Pleasant Event
We were very warmly welcomed at the Tenuta Le Calcinaie winery.
We were able to taste 6 different wines. Starting with a light white wine up to a drier red wine. All the wines tasted very good to us. Interesting and detailed information was given about these wines. We could ask questions at any time, which were gladly answered. The event took place in a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
PS: Unfortunately, our written English is not very good, so we are writing the review in German.

Tenuta San Francesco Tasting and Lunch
Fabulous small 4 family winery in the hills above Maoiri. The tour was so informative (they have 500 year old vines) and the lunch/tastings was one of highlights of our trip. Truly farm-to-table food including the freshest ricotta cheese we have ever had (from cow Milked that morning) . incredible experience !
