Here is what's in store for you

The Pqlin winery awaits you in the heart of Roero for this experience.

The experience begins with a tour of the winery which includes an explanation of the winemaking and aging techniques.

Next, you will take a seat in Pqlin's tasting room to take part in a tasting of 6 wines: Roero Arneis DOCG, Roero Arneis DOCG Cortine matured in barrels, Langhe Dolcetto DOC, Langhe Nebbiolo DOC, Roero DOCG, and Barbera d'Alba DOC.
The wines will be accompanied by: cooked and raw salami, lard, Piedmont hazelnuts, vegetable omelets, vegetable ratatouille, and typical Piedmont cheeses.

La degustazione ha superato di molto le mie aspettative: vini ottimi (e abbondandonti) e cibo delizioso. Il tutto incorniciato in una location che lascia senza fiato. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e molto simpatici.

Bella esperienza, tour carino; vini e abbinamenti molto buoni, peccato che erano molto veloci nelle spiegazioni delle caratteristiche dei vini, forse dovuta anche alla massiva affluenza.
