Your evening unfolds with a generous variety of 20 homemade appetizers, showcasing northern Albanian vegetables, cheeses, and family specialties. The three-course main experience includes a comforting traditional soup (Çorba), followed by your choice between stuffed pepper with rice and meat or Imam Bajallldi, and complemented by one classic dish such as Tave Kosi me mish, Tave Krapi, or Qofte me leng. The dinner concludes with the beloved traditional dessert Tespixhe, accompanied throughout by water, homemade welcome drinks, and raki.
