Sicily between vineyards and cellar at the Augustali Farm

The Augustali farm awaits you in the gentle hilly territory so dear to Frederick II of Swabia.

Our welcome begins with a pleasant nature walk among the family's organic vineyards, citrus and olive groves: getting to know the attentions of the winemakers, and exploring the microclimate of these hills already anticipates some of the emotions we will experience with glass in hand.

A few steps from the Frederick II vineyard, we'll arrive in front of the baglio of the winery, where we will linger in the area dedicated to winemaking to discover the secrets of production and, passing through the bottling area, we will reach the room for the aging of red wines.

On the veranda in the garden or in the tasting room of the winery, we will prepare for you a platter with three Sicilian specialties produced in the farm, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, olive tapenade and delicious citrus jams. The delicacies will be enriched by the tasting of two wines that evoke all the warmth of the Mediterranean: a versatile, fresh, and savory white wine typical of the hilly territory and a red wine of character with a fruity bouquet.

We are happy to welcome you to our Organic Farm and put at your disposal all our green spaces: the vast lawn, the small Mediterranean garden dedicated to aromatic plants, the avenue of centuries-old olive trees, the organic citrus grove, and the animal area.
