If you have never passed through the vineyards of the Gioia del Colle DOC and visited Cantine Polvanera, a winery dug 8 meters into the rock, this is the tasting for you.
Book your Simple Tasting at Cantine Polvanera. After visiting the winery and our typical Masseria, you will have the opportunity to taste 5 of our wines by choosing from the various labels in our catalog. The tasting will be accompanied by taralli.

The experience was incredible and exceeded our expectations. Starting with the wine cellar, tasty appetiser's, and surprisingly great red wine. Our group is from California, we are very tough to satisfy, but we sure were. Highly recommend wine tasting with light lunch!

The cantina polvanera offered a great tour into their unique wine cellar which is build into a rock underground.
The tour was great and the tasting even better. The grounds and tasting room were beautiful, creating a great ambiance to relax and taste their delicious wine.

A great discovery, suggested by a wine professional friend of mine. This relatively young winery made an amazing job in creating a huge underground cellar carved into a bedrock of limestone, and invested in high quality organic Primitivo (and some additional regional wines). They are included in many top 100 winery lists worldwide. Don't miss it if you are looking for some great Apulian wines.

Bodega con mucho encanto y decoración con mucho gusto. La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos hizo la visita en español. Además, adaptó la cata a nuestros gustos y preferencias.
La experiencia habría sido perfecta si hubiéramos podido visitar los viñedos y los vinos hubieran estado acompañados con algo de queso, aunque hemos de decir que nos dejaron probar su aceite y los taralli estaban deliciosos.
¡Muy recomendable!
- Visitar viñedos.
- Añadir algo más de comida para acompañar el vino.
