Siridia’s Journey is a multisensory wine experience designed to take you deep into the philosophy and craft behind the wines of Siridia, in the heart of Valpolicella.
Your journey begins with a visit to our grape drying loft (available September–December), where the Amarone story begins through the traditional appassimento process. You’ll witness how grapes slowly dry, naturally concentrating aromas and structure.
Next, explore our winery and ageing cellar, where wines mature and evolve. Here, you’ll discover how we blend tradition with a modern, thoughtful approach to winemaking.
The final stage is a tasting of four wines, each reflecting a different chapter of our vision:

Astris – Metodo Classico sparkling wine: elegant and vibrant

Ispirazione – Valpolicella Classico: fresh and expressive

Azione – Valpolicella Superiore: refined and layered
