Here is what's in store for you

Grapevines and olive trees are essential to the Mediterranean landscape, deeply intertwined with the region's culture and history. On this tour, you’ll delve into the production processes of both!

Your journey begins at 9 am from the Esplanade de l’Europe in Montpellier. First, you'll explore a traditional wine estate, learning about wine production, vinification, and tasting in the Languedoc region, complete with a brief wine tasting session. Next, you will tour a family-run olive farm and its 16th-century mill, where expertise in olive cultivation and processing has been handed down through generations. Indulge in delectable local products such as olives, olive oils, vinegars, and the region's signature thyme liqueur, la farigoule, all bursting with the flavors of the South of France!
