Located just 20km north of Montpellier, the Pic Saint-Loup and Hortus Causse create a picturesque and geologically unique landscape that is a popular hiking destination. Nestled between the Mediterranean and the Cevennes, this legendary valley is known for its fascinating Languedoc terroirs.
Join your guide at 2 pm for an excursion into this stunning natural setting, rich with the scents of the "garrigue." During the tour, you will visit two wineries that differ in size, style, and history, showcasing the diversity of this exquisite wine-producing region. You will gain insights into the entire wine-making process, from vine cultivation to vinification and aging. A brief tasting session will also help you learn how to describe and savor wines. The tour concludes with a return to Montpellier around 5:30 pm.

Where we are and how to reach us
Your guide will be waiting for you at 2 pm in front of the bar Austra Rock (Ayer's Rock) on the Esplanade de l’Europe. You can access it by tram 1 or 4, stop “Place de l’Europe" or by car: Parking “Europa” under the Olympic pool.
