Small Group Wine Tasting & Food Tour in the Verona City Center

You'll begin the day like a true Veronese with a traditional breakfast of espresso and a 'Risino', a local rice-based pastry. The tour continues to a classic osteria to taste handmade meatballs, followed by a stop at a typical trattoria for a serving of Risotto all'Amarone. Your culinary exploration culminates at a refined wine bar for a guided tasting of three local wines, including Valpolicella and Amarone, paired with gourmet bites such as crostini topped with Monte Veronese cheese. The tour ends on a sweet note with a scoop of artisanal gelato.

Meanwhile, the afternoon tour explores Verona through its wine culture. You'll start with a non-alcoholic aperitivo accompanied by traditional 'cicchetti' – small local snacks like crostini, Monte Veronese cheese, and local soppressa. Your first wine stop is at a historic café or a boutique wine shop for a glass of local wine. You'll then sample handmade meatballs, street-food style, before heading to a specialty winehouse.
