Alessandro Fedrizzi's winery awaits you in Colli Bolognesi for this tasting of their best bubbles, sparkling like Emilia Romagna!
The experience starts with a walk through the vineyard, followed by a visit to the winery. Then it will be time to taste!
You'll start with a glass of Metodo Classico, at least 24 months on the lees, and accompany it with a local specialty. You will continue with a Pignoletto Frizzante, the winery's most beloved wine for its freshness. You will then continue with the most emblazoned bottle, the Rifermentato (bottle-fermented) 12 months on yeasts, listed among the best 100 bubbles in Italy by Slow Wine. Finally, you'll conclude with a glass of sparkling wine, the Pignoletto Rifermentato, on the lees for at least 24 months. The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of products from the territory, such as cold cuts and cheese.
You can also choose to add a fifth glass of Barbera Frizzante, re-fermented in the bottle with a 12-month stay on the lees for an additional 4€ per person.
Children will enjoy a fruit juice and a stuffed tigella, a typical bread from the area.

The staff by our side for the tasting were extremely welcoming.
Their 2021 is a must try! I bought a few bottles to take home after the tasting and drank them before arriving home!

Perfect for a day trip from Bologna!
We started with very short walk into the vineyard in the beautiful hills with great views. We were given a great explanation of the vines, processes and the history of the Vineyard.
We then sat outside and tasted the reds, whites and sparkling wines they produced, which were fantastic! They also provided accompanying cheese, hams, and bread, which went down very well indeed!
While the wine was amazing, the highlight of the day was the host. She was the perfect guide to regions rich food and beverages scene. We were sat out in the beautiful hills for hours casually talking about all things food and wine.
It's a must visit and outrageously good value. I'll be back!
Visit in the later afternoon or evening to enjoy the food and wine.
