Alessandro Fedrizzi's winery awaits you in Colli Bolognesi for this tasting of their best bubbles, sparkling like Emilia Romagna!
The experience starts with a walk through the vineyard, followed by a visit to the winery. Then it will be time to taste! Our tasting for bubbles lovers lets you enjoy and notice the difference amongst all the different traditional methods to create the fizziness: Champagne method in our Metodo Classico from Pinot Noir, Charmat Method in our refreshing Pignoletto DOC, ancestral method for our Pignoletto or Barbera with strong yeasty notes and local Lambrusco to finish it off.

Accoglienza e vino schietto
Abbiamo visitato la vigna in modo molto rapido per via del caldo africano. Peccato meritava più tempo.
Poi ci siamo seduti nella sala degustazione, dove abbiamo assaggiato diverse tipologie di vino, anche aldilà dei bicchieri previsti dalla prenotazione. Degustazione accompagnata da semplici quanti invitanti tigelle preparate dalla nostra guida, che si è mostrata molto gentile e ricca di informazioni.
I vini sono vini schietti, semplici, che ben si accompagnano alla cucina locale: lambrusco, pignoletto, negretto preparati in diversi modi.

They have very good classics, but also some special wines.
After the tour we stayed there and just drank wine and got apero for the whole afternoon.
