Our experience was positive overall,
although there are some things to improve.
The explanation of the winery, the wines, and the origins of the 'baglio' was thorough; what we found insufficient was the accompaniment for the aperitif.
The pairings of the different wines with the food were not recommended to us.
Accompanying the tasting with suggestions/advice is a fundamental element of the experience, I think you need to improve this.
