The Rossi Daniele winery is a family-run estate in the Umbrian countryside near Torgiano. Your hosts are the owners and winemakers themselves, who will welcome you to their property, Casale Villa Chiara.

The experience begins with a guided walk through the vineyards. Here, you'll learn about the family's approach to viticulture and the traditional methods they use to cultivate local grape varieties. After the walk, you'll settle into the winery's tasting room.

You will taste five of the estate's wines, paired with bruschetta topped with their own extra virgin olive oil. The lineup includes:

Levante: A sparkling Charmat-method wine from 100% Trebbiano Spoletino.

Faro della Vigna: A white wine made from 100% Grechetto di Todi.

Namirò Bianco Umbria IGT: A white blend of Trebbiano Spoletino, Chardonnay, and Grechetto di Todi.

Amdaro’ Rosso Torgiano DOC: A red blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Merlot.

Montescosso Rosso Umbria IGT: A red blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Sangiovese.

A beautiful experience
A splendid experience that fully satisfies all five senses. An enchanting place in the heart of Torgiano, with the typical scents and flavors of our wonderful land. High-quality wine accompanied by delicious appetizers. Mr. Daniele, pleasant and professional.

Italian excellence
Tasting of 5 controlled origin wines: 1 sparkling, 2 whites and two reds. Strictly produced by Mr. Rossi, in addition to being excellent, they are accompanied by an explanation of the production phases and a small tasting of paired local products. The place offers a wonderful view. Great for both couples and families.

Nice
Unfortunately the gloomy weather and the fog didn't help but the tasting went well. Daniele is a friendly chatterbox. The only downside is that he didn't take us to visit their cellar, something very interesting and described in the tour.
