Here is what's in store for you
The Rossi Daniele Winery finds itself within the Casale Villa Chiara farmhouse, in the heart of the green Umbrian countryside, and is exclusively family-run.
Your visit will start with a guided tour of the winery, followed by a walk through the vineyards. With this visit, you will have the opportunity to learn about the territory and philosophy of the winery. All the work at the Rossi Daniele Winery is done with great care, passion and dedication. Each process in the vineyard is carried out traditionally.
The experience ends with a tasting of four wines produced by the Rossi Daniele Winery, one white, one rosé, one red, and their Vinsanto, paired with a selection of Umbrian cold cuts and cheeses with jams and bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil of their own production.

Beautiful winery
The Cantina Daniele Rossi is beautiful and Daniele himself was very friendly and personable.
The only thing I did not enjoy was that I booked the more expensive experience which supposedly included tasting of local delicacies: ‘Selection of Umbrian cold cuts and cheeses with jams and bruschetta with our extra virgin olive oil’. We never got that, all we got was bread with olive oil. So to not deliver what is the stated in the package description was disappointing and could have enhanced our experience even further. As a result, the experience did not feel like it was worth the money paid. Especially as there is a similar experience on your site without the delicacies for a cheaper price. So I ended up paying more and not getting what was promised!

Degustazione di vini buonissimi accompagnati da affettati e formaggi del posto. Ci sono stati consigliati degli abbinamenti (cibo-vino) perfetti e siamo state benissimo. Il posto è molto bello e molto tranquillo!

Una experiencia absolutamente recomendable. Fuimos al atardecer y seguimos las explicaciones de Daniele acerca de los tipos de uvas cultivadas con la máxima atención. Después pasamos a degustar 5 vinos, acompañados de productos del lugar. Nos quedamos con las ganas de visitar la zona de elaboración del vino, pero con todo pasamos una tarde inolvidable. Gracias a Daniele y Romina por sus atenciones.

A happy Happy birthday!
A nice presentation from a small producer himself, Daniele. After a short tour in the winery and wineyards we had a generous tasting of five wines together with bread, cheese and meat. Really nice wines from a young producer. Could recommend both the visit and Daniele himself!

Exceptional wine from an extremely young vineyard. Daniele was very warm and welcoming and with only two of us on the tour it felt really personal meeting the man behind it all! Would really recommend both Danieles wine and this tour!

Bella scoperta!
Piccola cantina familiare che vanta di una posizione e di una location davvero suggestive. La cantina si trova nei pressi dell'agriturismo Casale Villa Chiara che offre una vista molto bella sui paesaggi caratteristici umbri. Abbiamo assaggiato 5 diverse tipologie di vini, 3 bianchi e 2 rossi, accompagnati da un tagliere di prodotti tipici e ne siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Inoltre Daniele e sua moglie sono persone accoglienti, simpatiche ed è stato un piacere condividere del tempo con loro. Davvero consigliato!

Exceptional, Personalized Wine tasting
Avoid all the large wineries clambering for your attention and take a drive out to Cantina Rossi Daniele. You will have a unique experience where you will have a brief, but informative tour of the wine production and vineyards, and then end up with a gourmet charcuterie board and 5 generous pours of wine. We had the owner, Daniele, all to ourselves and peppered him with questions. This was a highlight of our visit to Assisi!!

A very nice moment
I booked a wine tasting for me and 4 friends and it has been a wonderful experience. 5 plentiful glasses of wine have been served and described, with a rich platter of cured meats, cheeses, pates and jams. The place visit has been both chilling and interesting and we appreciated it a lot. One of us found it so good that booked immediately a launch in the farmhouse for the following days to welcome some foreign friends.
