Here is what's in store for you

You'll be welcomed directly by the owners and winemakers at the Rossi Daniele winery, a family-run estate located within Casale Villa Chiara in the Umbrian countryside.

The experience begins with a walk among the vines. Here, your hosts will explain the territory, the winery's philosophy, and the traditional methods they use to care for the grapes. Following the walk, you'll take a seat in the tasting room for a guided tasting of five wines, from sparkling to red.

The tasting includes:
- Levante: A Brut sparkling wine made from 100% Trebbiano Spoletino using the Charmat method.
- Faro della Vigna: A white Umbria IGT from 100% Grechetto di Todi grapes.
- Namirò: A white Umbria IGT blend of Trebbiano Spoletino, Chardonnay, and Grechetto di Todi.
- Amdaro’: A red Torgiano DOC made of Sangiovese and Merlot.
- Montescosso: A red Umbria IGT with Merlot and Sangiovese.

Each wine is paired with a platter of artisanal Umbrian products, including Prosciutto di Norcia, lombetto, and salami, alongside pecorino cheese and bruschetta drizzled with the winery’s own extra virgin olive oil.

Great experience!
We went for a tasting at Daniele's winery. As soon as we arrived he welcomed us and explained a few things about the vineyards, it is a truly magical atmosphere. He and his wife prepared a board of cured meats and cold cuts for us and Daniele explained in a very precise and competent way the wines we were tasting, all of them obviously excellent. They also produce very, very good oil. Furthermore, they were super nice to our two children as well. A truly unique experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to try local wine

Very positive experience
From our arrival among their splendid vineyards, we were welcomed and guided by Daniele and Romina through a tasting experience that fully satisfied us.
We were very pleased with both their wines and the local delicacies that paired with the tasting.
We will gladly return.

Amazing Experience!
Absolutely lovely time! Danielle showed us around his vineyards, estates and cellar. He was very knowledgeable and exceedingly kind. We were treated so well, my wife was worried about much I had spent! The price was incredibly reasonable and Danielle’s wines were delicious. We took home both of the reds. Cannot recommend this enough. Danielle and his wife made us feel like so much more than customers. Beautiful views, great wines, you will not be disappointed.
Take in the views of Assisi, Spello, the valley and castles!

Great experience
We had an amazing experience at the Danielle Rossi winery! You can see the passion the owner (Danielle) has for his wine and for his region and this was for us really inspiring. Great wine too! We thank Danielle for making our holiday in Umbria more complete!
