Castello di Coiano offers a unique experience in the heart of its historic Vinsantaia, where Vinsanto rests in traditional chestnut caratelli for at least three to four years.
The visit concludes with a special guided tasting of two iconic wines: Vinsanto del Chianti DOC, made from selected Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, and Vinsanto “Occhio di Pernice” DOC, produced from selected Sangiovese grapes. The tasting is complemented by traditional Tuscan almond cantuccini, creating a perfect pairing.

Meet at Via Coianese, 79 in Castelfiorentino (FI), enter through one of the 3 gates you will find open, meeting point at the "administration", follow the indicator arrows. Ample and free on-site parking, a taxi or personal transport is recommended, as it is not easily accessible by public transport.
