The tour was very interesting and the tour leader very prepared. We tasted 4 glasses of different wines and 2 different types of olive oil, very good them all! I had the time to appreciate the surroundings, where I will certainly return to participate at one of the many summer events organised. I would suggest it to everyone interested in our hills and their excellent wine and oil production
I suggest to reserve the tour guide at sunset, the golden hour will allow you to take very nice pics and beautiful temperatures during summer

Esperienza perfetta, il giro nella cantina è breve ma molto interessante e il personale è simpatico ma anche molto professionale. La degustazione è guidata e molto divertente. Vino e cibo sono di produzione della cantina o comunque locale, davvero super! Lo rifaremo sicuramente!

Ci accolgono in una bella ed elegante cantina in mezzo ai vigneti e uliveti (peccato aver prenotato un po' tardi e non aver goduto del paesaggio). Prima parte della visita in cui spiegano la tenuta, le uve e poi in cantina la produzione di vini e olii.
Poi si passa agli assaggi di olio (prodotto buono, su cui puntano molto) e vini (nel premium sono 4, 1 bianco metodo classico, un bianco fermo, 2 rossi intensi di medio invecchiamento). Nel contempo che serve gli assaggi il ragazzo ci spiega come assaporare, ci guida nello sperimentare e risponde a tutte le domande. Accompagnamo i vino con degli assaggi di affettati, formaggi e altri prodotti per testare le combinazioni.
Nel complesso ottima esperienza, consigliatissima!

Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere un paio d'ore in questa meravigliosa location per degustare i loro vini e oli. La location offre una vista fantastica sulle valli e le colline che la circondano; nonostante la serata fosse piovosa il panorama merita comunque di essere visto. La
degustazione Premium vanta vini di eccellente qualità, il mio preferito resta il Pinot nero di cui mi sono follemente innamorata. Una piacevolissima sorpresa è stata anche la degustazione di olio con un insolito accostamento con gelato, assolutamente da provare. I
sommelier che ci hanno accompagnato sono stati molto carini, ospitali e preparati. Infine molto carina anche la visita all'interno della cantina, anche se sinceramente, considerando la vastità dei poderi coltivati che circondano Agrivar e Palazzo di
Varignana, mi aspettavo molto più grande. Una visita la consiglio a tutti, soprattutto in un bel pomeriggio di mezza stagione o serata d'estate, per far godere oltre al palato anche gli occhi

Posto molto bello, all’arrivo siamo rimasti incantati dalla vista dei colli. All’arrivo sono stati molto gentili nel dirci di aspettare per l’arrivo di altre persone. Personale molto valido, conosce bene la materia e soprattutto molto educato. Ci ha subito illustrato tutto quello che era il loro raccolto per poi proseguire a farci vedere le varie cisterne e di come cambiano l’una dall’altra. Di conseguenza ci ha portato nella cantina in cui vengono mostrate tutte le botti e i passaggi per eliminare lo zucchero dal vino. Il momento in cui ci siamo divertiti è stata nella degustazione perchè il personale ci ha sottoposta ad indovinare i gusti dell’olio. Al momento della degustazione dei vini, il personale è stato molto chiaro con cosa abbinarli e i prodotti fatti da loro erano buonissimi. Bello anche il fatto che puoi girare liberamente senza guide o prenotazioni tutto il vigneto attraverso gli appositi sentierini e poi anche l’anfiteatro che hanno costruito per poter degustare i vini mentre si guarda un film
