In this experience you will be introduced to the history and philosophy of Vini Casarotto wineries, focusing in particular on the qualities and peculiarities of the Soave and Lessini Mountains territory.
Following this, you will have the opportunity to participate in a tasting of three wines from the Top Quality category of Vini Casarotto: Lessini Durello Spumante Doc, Soave Doc Classico Fittà and Recioto di Soave DOCG.
The tasting will be paired with typical local cold cuts and cheeses, such as Prosciutto crudo di Soave and Monte Veronese cheese, and jam tart.
