Here is what's in store for you
At La Corte dei Goliardi, located in a small village in the Chianti Classico hills, you'll be greeted by one of the owners, Lorenzo or his partner. They will host your tasting personally, sharing the story behind each bottle and explaining the role of the négociant in this historic wine region.
The experience takes place in the estate's tasting room. Here, you will learn to identify the aromas and flavors in your glass as you are guided through a tasting of three local wines: a Chianti Classico, a Chianti Classico Riserva, and a white Vermentino IGT.
To highlight the connection between the wine and its territory, the tasting is paired with a selection of local products, such as prosciutto, salame, and pecorino cheese, alongside bruschetta prepared with ingredients from the family's garden.
