I Punti - Guided Tasting of the Punto Collection at Roberto Cipresso in Montalcino

Your experience is hosted by a member of the winery staff, and sometimes by Roberto Cipresso himself. The visit begins with a tour of the property, taking you through the production area, the aging cellar, and the barrel room.

Here, you will learn about Roberto Cipresso's approach to winemaking and the philosophy behind his Punto collection. The name, meaning “point” in Italian, signifies the moment of perfect balance he seeks between terroir, grape variety, and human interpretation.

Following the tour, you will take a seat in the tasting room for a guided tasting of four wines that showcase this vision:

• Altrove: A sparkling Rosé made from Sangiovese
• Punto Bianco: A blend of Vermentino and Verdicchio
• Punto Rosa: A still Rosé from Sangiovese
• Punto Rosso: A blend of Sangiovese and Montepulciano
