Your experience begins with a tour of the estate, starting among the vineyards. As you walk through the rows of vines, you’ll learn about the phenological stages of the grapevine and the agronomic practices carried out throughout the year, with a special focus on organic farming. The visit continues in the olive grove, where you'll discover the different varieties of olive trees and gain insight into pruning techniques and the olive harvest. The tour ends on the estate’s panoramic terrace, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and a relaxed setting to ask questions and take photos.

Following the tour, you'll enjoy a guided tasting of four of Collina dei Venti's organic wines. The tasting includes a Vernaccia, a Tuscan white wine, a Chianti, and an IGT Rosso aged in barrique. All wines are paired with the farm’s own extra virgin olive oil and a rich selection of local food. You'll taste three bruschettas topped with seasonal vegetables or preserved produce, two types of pecorino cheese, and three kinds of Tuscan cured meats. A vegetarian option with seasonal vegetables is also available on request.
