Inspired by ancient Greek tradition, Aión embodies the unbounded concept of time — a symbol of living life to the fullest. This is exactly the feeling Cantine Moroder aims to share with its guests, welcoming them into the warm and intimate atmosphere of a beautifully restored 18th-century farmhouse.
During summer, you will enjoy a special dinner on the panoramic terrace, overlooking the stunning landscapes of the Conero area and the estate’s vineyards. The evening becomes an exciting journey through the winery’s labels, paired with seasonal dishes inspired by local flavors.
The menu includes an appetizer, two first courses, a main course with side dishes, and dessert, with a different wine paired to each course.
