Your journey begins in the vineyards, set against the picturesque landscape of Valpolicella Classica. You will explore the traditional appassimento method, the delicate drying process of grapes, and dive into the art of winemaking, learning about the aging process in barrels, barriques, and the innovative Tulipe concrete tanks and Clayver stoneware amphorae.
To delight your palate, you will enjoy a guided tasting of six wines, perfectly paired with a selection of artisanal cured meats and cheeses.
