Join us for a unique hands-on cooking experience that immerses you in the heart of Albanian countryside life. The experience begins at 11:00 AM in our beautiful outdoor kitchen, where you’ll learn to prepare traditional dishes such as homemade pie, fërgesë, or rosnicë, guided by local chefs who share their family recipes and cooking secrets.
Once the cooking is complete, we’ll take a short walk to our organic farm, where you’ll have the chance to harvest fresh vegetables and fruits straight from the garden – ingredients that bring your meal to life.
Afterward, we’ll gather to enjoy the dishes you've prepared, surrounded by the peaceful nature of Roshnik. This is more than just a cooking class – it’s a full cultural immersion into rural Albanian life. For those who wish, there is also time to explore the charming village of Roshnik, known for its warm hospitality and scenic beauty.

Where we are and how to reach us
Restorant Roshniku is located in Roshnik Qendër, Albania, in the village centre. From Berat, take a local bus toward Roshnik or drive/take a taxi along the main road connecting the two; the restaurant is a short walk from the village centre. Look for the cluster of stone houses and small shops marking the village heart.
Parking is available near the restaurant, and the rural streets are easy to navigate on foot once you arrive.
