Upon arrival at the estate, located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, your journey begins with a walk through the vineyards surrounding the winery. As you stroll between the rows of vines, you’ll learn about the ancient viticultural traditions of the area—practices deeply rooted in the region for centuries. The visit also delves into the winery’s commitment to biodiversity, sustainability, and respect for both nature and people—values that led La Dama Vini to become fully organic certified.

You’ll descend into the barrel cellar, where you'll explore the art of aging in oak and the subtle influence of wood on wine.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting of five classic Valpolicella wines produced by La Dama Vini, thoughtfully paired with local delicacies: Monte Veronese DOP cheese at different stages of aging, traditional local salami, and finally—dulcis in fundo—a touch of dark chocolate.

Organic Valpolicella
We were extremely satisfied with this experience.
The winery excellently combines modernity and tradition.
The fact that it is an organic company is a big plus.

Excellent experience!
We had a wonderful tasting of 5 wines produced by La Dama Vini accompanied by local cheeses and cured meats.
Giacomo, our guide, was very precise and engaging in telling us about the process and also some interesting facts.
