The experience “Traditions of Valpolicella” at La Dama Vini is designed to do just that.
Upon arrival at the estate, located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, your journey begins with a walk through the vineyards surrounding the winery. As you stroll between the rows of vines, you’ll learn about the ancient viticultural traditions of the area—practices deeply rooted in the region for centuries. The visit also delves into the winery’s commitment to biodiversity, sustainability, and respect for both nature and people—values that led La Dama Vini to become fully organic certified.
Next, you’ll follow the path the grapes take during harvest, arriving at the fruit cellar, where grapes destined for Recioto and Amarone are carefully dried throughout the winter. From there, you’ll descend into the barrel cellar, where you'll explore the art of aging in oak and the subtle influence of wood on wine.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of five classic Valpolicella wines produced by La Dama Vini, thoughtfully paired with local delicacies: Monte Veronese DOP cheese at different stages of aging, traditional local salami, and finally—dulcis in fundo—a touch of dark chocolate.

Degustazione magnifica
Abbiamo passeggiato tra le vigne e siamo stati nella cantina. Erica ci ha spiegato tutto il processo con cui viene prodotto il vino e ci ha raccontato un sacco di cose interessanti sulla cantina.
La degustazione era buonissima, abbiamo assaggiato 5 diversi vini della valpolicella accompagnati da un tagliere di salumi e formaggi superbo e alla fine anche da un dolcino. Il tutto accompagnato da una splendida vista sulla vigna.
Erica è stata gentile, accogliente e molto preparata.

Abbiamo degustato vini buonissimi ognuno accompagnato da spiegazioni chiare e coinvolgenti e soprattutto da prodotti locali deliziosi.
Camminare tra le vigne durante la raccolta è stato emozionante: si respirava la passione e la fatica di chi lavora la terra con amore. Tanto che mi sarei fermata volentieri ad aiutare!
