Can two hours make you fall in love with a territory? The experience "Traditions of Valpolicella" of La Dama Vini aims exactly at this.

Once arrived at the estate, in the heart of Valpolicella, you'll start the experience with a walk through the vineyards surrounding the winery. Walking on the grass between the rows of vines, you will be told about the traditions of viticulture in Valpolicella Classica, rooted in the territory for centuries. Moreover, you will learn about biodiversity and respect for the environment and for men, reasons for which the estate chose to make the entire winery organic certified.

You will then head towards the fruit cellar, following the path the grapes take during the harvest. Here the grapes destined for Recioto and Amarone dry for the entire winter. Finally, you will head down the stairs and into the barrel cellar of La Dama Vini and talk about aging and oak between casks.

This special experience will end with the tasting of the five classic wines of Valpolicella produced by La Dama Vini, paired with typical local products such as Monte Veronese DOP cheese of different ages, local salami and, dulcis in fundo, some dark chocolate.
