Guests are welcomed at Azienda Agricola Madonna delle Vittorie, where the experience begins with a guided tour of the estate, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves overlooking Lake Garda in Trentino. Here, visitors enjoy a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oil and classic method sparkling wine, learning about local production techniques and the strong link between agriculture and territory in Trentino.
Following the tasting, guests move to the restaurant within the estate for a three-course traditional lunch, included in the experience. The menu features authentic regional cuisine made with local ingredients, such as olive oil, seasonal vegetables, handmade pasta, and typical Trentino specialties, all enjoyed in a panoramic setting that highlights the unique landscape between Trentino and Lake Garda.
In the afternoon, guests independently arrive at Distilleria Marzadro in Rovereto for a guided tour of the distillery, where they discover the art of grappa-making through traditional copper stills and aging cellars, followed by a guided grappa tasting. The experience can also be enjoyed in reverse, starting at Madonna delle Vittorie and continuing to the distillery. In this case, the transfer becomes part of the journey, with a scenic ride by e-bike along the Ciclovia del Sole, making the experience even more immersive. (Transfers by car or bicycle are independent. E-bike rental partners available upon request.)
