Two Souls of Etna North: Graci & Buscemi Wine Tasting
Here is what's in store for you
Discover the distinctive character of Etna’s northern slopes with a wine experience dedicated to two remarkable interpretations of this volcanic territory: Graci and Buscemi. This tasting journey follows Mount Etna from west to east, highlighting the nuances that make each area, vineyard, and wine expression unique.
The experience begins with a guided visit to the estate’s 19th-century palmento, a traditional Sicilian winemaking structure that tells the story of Etna’s historic wine culture. Guests will then walk through the estate’s vineyards, learning about the volcanic soils, altitude, climate, and vineyard practices that shape the identity of wines from Etna North.
The visit concludes with a technical tasting of 5 prestigious wines from two wineries, Graci and Buscemi, served side by side to compare their styles, origins, and expressions of terroir. The tasting is accompanied by estate-produced olive oil and artisanal bread, offering a simple yet authentic pairing that enhances the experience.
