Our private tour begins with a visit to our vineyards, with particular attention to the training system used and the typical terrain that distinguishes our area. We will then accompany you to discover the historical part of the cellar, obtained from a tunnel built during the Second World War, once a secret escape route that connected the house to the woods. The visit continues to the area dedicated to the actual production of wine, where you can see the historic cement tanks and, moving forward, the modern steel tanks. 

Next, we’ll enter the historical archive of Cantina Provolo, the jewel of the tour: here, the most treasured bottles owned by the family are kept, including the very first bottles made by our grandfather, telling the story of our identity through the decades.

We will then descend into the underground barrel cellar, where the winery’s finest wines — such as Amarone, Valpolicella Ripasso, and Amarone Riserva — rest in wood for many years. You’ll be enchanted by the magical and enveloping atmosphere, filled with a sense of serenity and silence.

To conclude the journey into the world of Cantina Provolo, we will visit the bottling area, where you will learn how the system works and the differences between the various types of corks.

After the tour, an exclusive tasting awaits you: a selection of 3 Amarones from different vintages, allowing you to discover the incredible nuances of this wine and how it changes from year to year: AMARONE VINTAGE 2009, AMARONE VINTAGE 2010, and AMARONE VINTAGE 2011.
