Meet Gérald, owner and winemaker of Domaine Beaumont, a 3.55-hectare vineyard located in Distré, just outside Saumur. This is where your wine journey begins.
Your visit starts with an introduction to the estate and a walk through the vines, where Gérald will share his passion for the vineyard and the unique terroir of the region. The experience continues in the tasting cellar, where you will enjoy a guided tasting of 6 wines. During the tasting, you will discover the character and diversity of the Loire Valley’s emblematic grape varieties: Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, and Chardonnay.
From the careful selection of the grapes to the artistry of vinification, Gérald reveals the beauty and technical precision behind every bottle. Each wine tells its own story, inviting you to discover the character of the vineyard. Whether you are a seasoned wine enthusiast or just beginning your journey into wine, you will find something truly special here.
The sensory experience begins with our 100% Cabernet Franc red wines, which beautifully express the terroir. Our white wines deliver freshness and purity, capturing the essence of the Loire Valley. And for moments worth celebrating, our 100% Chenin Extra Brut Nature sparkling wine, non-dosé and delicately effervescent, offers a vibrant and elegant finish.
